There are many ways to share your blessings with needy islanders. Opportunities abound to plan your charitable giving in ways that make sense for both you and others, both now and in the years to come:

Make a "Gift of Caring" and earn income for life! Call to learn about the many benefits of setting up an annuity or trust. Requests for information are confidential and never represent an obligation. Give stocks, bonds, mutual funds or anything with built in capital gains. Donate a vehicle, boat or RV, even real estate. We do all the DMV and IRS paperwork. Plus, any vehicle valued at $10,000 or more may be used to fund a personal gift annuity income trust.

Volunteers are needed

Volunteers are the very heart and history of Canvasback Missions. Without volunteers, Canvasback would not exist. Through the power of volunteerism, Canvasback has been able to achieve the great successes you'll read about in these pages.

In fact, besides a small and dedicated staff, the mission is run entirely by volunteers. Volunteers run the program committees and staff the specialty teams, and mission trips.  Volunteer health professionals fly in to provide specialty services in island hospitals and clinics. Volunteers organize fundraising and other special events. Volunteers even assist in the design of this web site you are now reading.
